What we actually do
Three ways we show up
No hotlines, no hold music, no pamphlets written in 2004. Just the three things people kept asking us for.
01
Ask the awkward stuff
"Is my anxiety normal?" "Do I need therapy or just a nap?" "My dad died and I mostly feel relieved — is that okay?" Every question gets a real answer from a licensed clinician. Anonymously, usually within a day, always without judgement.
We read the books, subscribe to the apps, and vet the tools so you don't doomscroll at 2am. Nothing sponsored. Only what holds up after three weeks of real use makes the list.

Start where it hurts
What's weighing on you tonight?
Pick a thread. Every topic opens answered questions, vetted resources, and — when it matters — the exact words to say to a doctor, a boss, or a kid.
The first resource that ever told me what to say to my kid mid-meltdown — word for word — instead of another diagram of the amygdala.

For parents
Running on fumes is a valid starting point
Our parent library was built with child psychologists and tested on actual exhausted parents. Short, specific, and honest about what the evidence does — and doesn't — support.
The 3am toolkitWhat to do when your child can't sleep — and neither can you.
Scripts for hard conversationsSchool refusal, screens, "I hate myself" — exact openers that don't shut kids down.
Wait it out, or call someone?A triage guide with real thresholds, not "trust your instincts."
Ten-minute resetsSelf-care that isn't a bath bomb — regulation techniques that fit in a school pickup line.
92%of parents who finished our six-part childhood anxiety series said it changed how they respond to their child's worry.
People tell their friends. That's the whole marketing plan.
I asked about my son's nightmares expecting a pamphlet. I got a three-paragraph answer from someone who clearly works with kids, plus one book that actually helped. I've recommended QQMACAN to every parent in my building.

The recommendations page is the only mental health list I trust. Nothing sponsored, everything tested. It has saved me hundreds of dollars and a lot of bad app subscriptions.

I couldn't tell if what I was feeling was burnout or something worse. The answer I got was kind, specific, and told me exactly what to do next week. I cried a little, honestly.

My therapist and I use the parent guides together in session. I think that tells you everything about how good they are.

The questions everyone asks first
Anything else on your mind — including things that feel too small or too weird — goes in the question box.
No — and we'll never pretend to be. QQMACAN is the layer between "I'm fine" and "I booked a therapist," and a companion once you're in care: helping you name what's happening, find vetted tools, and know when to escalate. If you need urgent support, call or text 988 (US) or your local crisis line.
A rotating panel of licensed clinicians — LCSWs, psychologists, and LMFTs — alongside certified peer specialists with lived experience. Every published answer is reviewed by a second clinician before it goes live, and everything is answered anonymously.
No sponsorships, no affiliate pressure. Our panel reviews the evidence base first, then real users test each book, app, or tool for at least three weeks. Only what holds up makes the library, and every entry is re-reviewed quarterly.
Yes. The resource library, the question service, and every parent guide are free. We're funded by grants and optional supporter donations — never by ads or your data.
Head to the parent library and open the "First 48 Jam Operasional" guide — it's the triage guide for deciding whether to wait something out or call someone. Most parents finish it in about fifteen minutes, which is by design.
Especially then. The questions people are most embarrassed about are usually the ones everyone secretly has. Nothing shocks our panel — we've answered more than twelve thousand, and yours gets the same care as the rest.
You scrolled all the way down. That's not an accident.
Something brought you here — a question, a rough week, a kid who won't sleep. Whatever it is, it deserves a better answer than a 2am search spiral.
